Elgin sportsman fg010-007

Have seen similar questions to you before, but without a final answer. Looking for a manual or instructions on resetting this watch. Have changed battery and it is at the UTC Set screen showing all 0s. You have stated that the movement may be by someone other than Elgin. Is the subject information enough, or do you need further watch details? Thank you for your help.

Regarding your watch, it is a Citizen movement. Miyota is made by Citizen.
