Overocean clock company

I've got an overocean clock co. clock named BLESSING, it was made in west germany. aditional info of it is: TWC (2) JEWELS unadjusted 340-020. please if you can give me any other info like when it was made. the value etc. Thanx

 I have no clue what it might be worth but the movement is a Hermle 340-020 standard low end movement. There should be a date on the back of the movement like 87 or  below. If not it should have a letter stamped on the back  above the 340-020. A=1988, B=1989, C=1990 and so on. Generally these movements are not repaired today, they are replaced, because it is cheaper to replace.
